NOTICE OF 17th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (“SCCA”) will be held at NTUC Centre 1 Marina Blvd Singapore 018989, on 11 June 2019 at 6.30pm to transact the following business:

1. To approve Minutes of the 16th AGM held on 11th June 2018, as attached herein.

2. To review and approve the Audited Financial Statement for Financial Year Ended 28 February 2019.

3. To receive the President’s Report on Activities.

4. To confirm and accept the resignation of Dharmendra Yadav, Josephine Hadikusumo, Jun Fok, Cameron Ford, Andrew Ong and Neoh Sue Lynn from the Executive Committee. To elect/re-elect members to the Executive Committee pursuant to Article 8.1(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Constitution.

5. To transact any other business.

A member of the Association entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf.

The instrument appointing the proxy must be deposited at the SCCA Secretariat at 30 Merchant Road, Riverside Point #02-02, Singapore 058282 or submitted by email to secretariat@scca.org.sg, not less than 48 hours before the date and time of the AGM.
