  • Renita Sophia Crasta

    Renita Sophia Crasta  Co-President

    Renita serves as the Co-President of Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA) and is the Co-Chair of the Sustainability Chapter, Real Estate Chapter and Women’s Chapter. She also sits on the General Council and Steering Committee (representing SCCA) with In-house Counsel Worldwide (ICW).

    Renita is also currently a Group Legal Counsel and Group Data Protection Officer with a real estate company. Following her graduation from NUS Faculty of Law, Renita joined Allen & Gledhill LLP, where she acquired both Litigation and Corporate experience during her 7 years there, before moving in-house with several real estate landlord/developer entities, including Ascendas and CapitaLand over the past 10 years, covering both local and international portfolios.

    She has since completed a Masters of Law and  Public Administration, as well as attended the SMC and SIMC courses, along with the SAL Specialist Accreditation Course in Construction Law. For her various efforts, she was awarded the ALB Young In-House Lawyer of the Year Award for 2020, and has been named a finalist for the ALB Woman In-House of the Year Award 2021 and 2022.

  • Daniel Choo

    Daniel Choo  Co-President

    Daniel serves as Co-President of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA), and is the Co-Chair of Data Protection & Cybersecurity Chapter and Student Chapter. He is also part of the Executive Committee (representing SCCA) with In-house Counsel Worldwide (ICW).

    Daniel is also currently Associate General Counsel and Privacy Responsible (APAC), Asia Pacific at Bruker, a German & American based manufacturer of high-performance scientific instruments and medical devices. Daniel heads the APAC legal team that covers legal & compliance, M&A, data protection/privacy matters for China, India, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Daniel graduated with a degree in law from University of Leeds.  He holds active IAPP Certificates such as CIPP/A, CIPM and CIPP/E. Recently, he completed the SAL-INSEAD Legal Leadership Programme.

  • Wan Kwong Weng

    Wan Kwong Weng  Vice President

    Apart from being a long-serving Board member and also the immediate Past Vice-President of SCCA, Kwong Weng serves as the Co-Chair for SCCA’s Real Estate Chapter.

    Kwong Weng is also the Group Chief Group Corporate Officer and Group General Counsel of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, a real estate development and capital manager headquartered in Singapore. He takes charge of all legal, compliance and corporate secretarial matters as well as oversees all of administration, corporate communications and human resource functions.

    Wong Yi  Vice President

    Wong Yi serves as the current co-Chair for SCCA’s Younger Lawyers Chapter (Peers), organising networking and learning activities for younger to mid-level in-house counsels.

    Wong Yi is also the Group General Counsel of Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeos), a food & beverage conglomerate with a global network that spans the Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America and Oceanic regions. He is based in Singapore and is responsible for all legal matters across the group.

    Rachel Lim Secretary

    Rachel is a counsel with 15 years of regional experience in the energy, utilities and projects sector with strong expertise in project financing and M&A work. Besides work and family (happy mummy to two young children)

    She strongly believes in giving back to society, with a strong passion for empowering the next generation of leaders. She also serves as the current co-Chair for SCCA’s Pro Bono Chapter, spearheading various initiatives, and has also participated as a speaker in panel discussions and community outreach sharing.

    Serene Gan  Treasurer

    Serene is also a senior legal counsel at an international property company.

    Serene is the Chair of the SCCA Student Chapter and co-chair of the SCCA Pro Bono Chapter, She believes that in-house counsels have a role to play in contributing to the wider community. She creates meaningful opportunities for in-house counsels to do pro bono work and developing the next generation of in-house counsels.

  • Greg Tanner

    Greg Tanner  Director/Board Member

    As the Founding President of SCCA, Greg has been an active and long-serving Board member and continues to support various initiatives at the SCCA level.

    Greg is also the Group General Counsel of International SOS and manages a global team of over 45 professionals responsible for among other things, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, compliance, litigation, data protection and assurance, insurance, corporate secretarial, internal security and other legal and risk management related matters.

    Greg is a lawyer admitted to practice in New York by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, in England and Wales by the Supreme Court of Judicature of England and Wales and in France by the Ordre des Avocats de Paris. Greg has practiced at two of the world’s largest law firms, Clifford Chance in London, Luxemburg and Singapore, and White & Case in New York, Singapore, Jakarta and Paris.

    Prior to that, Greg headed the Legal Department in Asia Pacific for Informix Software, and then spent 12 years with DHL Worldwide Express. In his last position with DHL in Asia, Greg was the Director of Legal & Regulatory Affairs and a Member of the DHL Asia Pacific Management Board. Greg was assigned by DHL to Brussels and Bonn as Senior Vice President in charge of Global Organizational Effectiveness, which position he held until 2010 after which he joined International SOS in Singapore as their worldwide Group General Counsel.

  • Yeo Shi Yuan

    Yeo Shi Yuan  Director/Board Member

    Apart from being a long-serving Board member of SCCA, Shi Yuan is the Honorary Secretary of SCCA and serves as the Co-Chair for the SCCA Well Being Chapter.

    Shi Yuan is also the Head of Legal and Compliance, Data Protection Officer, Deputy Company Secretary and Regional Security Trade Control Administrative Officer of Fujifilm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

    He leads the legal and compliance team in the Regional Headquarter and oversees the respective legal and compliance teams in all of the subsidiaries of the Regional Headquarter which are located in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and India.

    Shi Yuan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Masters of Laws degree from the University of London in 2004. He further obtained a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University and a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School. He has also attended the PON Global Executive Education with Harvard Law School. Finally, Shi Yuan is a Chartered Secretary with the Singapore Division of the Chartered Governance Institute.

    He has co-authored a book entitled "Power Springboard: How to Excel in Business, Income and Life" together with world renowned best selling authors such as Brian Tracy, Les Brown and Kerri Kasem.

  • Andy Low

    Andy Low  Director/Board Member

    Andy has been a member of SCCA for several years now.

    Andy is also Lead Counsel with Familywills Corporation, which drafts wills and trust deeds for the man in the street to the Ultra High Net Worth. It deals with family offices and has clients mostly from China contacts. Outside of work / in his free time, he plays tennis and is currently writing his doctoral thesis.
