Event Overview

There has been a growing trend of corporates which are not ordinarily in the financial or investment space starting their own venture capital divisions. In-house lawyers looking to oversee venture capital transactions will find this seminar useful. You will learn the basics of venture capital investments, and how they differ from typical M&A transactions. You will also be introduced to the Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA), a set of freely-available venture capital investment documents which serve as a good starting point for your own transactions.
