K.T. Jung is the managing partner of Kim & Chang. He also serves as the Chair of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Mr. Jung practices in a wide ranging areas of corporate law with focus on mergers and acquisitions and antitrust/competition law. He has extensive experience in the corporate aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, and joint venture transactions. His expertise in antitrust/competition law spans over 35 years and involves many of the most prominent cases that have come to define antitrust/competition law in Korea. In part due to the depth of his knowledge and experience, Mr. Jung is highly regarded by clients and peers alike and is regularly sought out by the Korean Fair Trade Commission to advise on policy matters. He also advises clients in IT, pharmaceutical, energy, and automobile industries.
Mr. Jung has published extensively in the “Korea Chapter” of The Global Competition Review - The Asia-Pacific Antitrust Review. He is also the recipient of numerous notable awards and citations for distinguished service to clients. He has consistently been named as a leading lawyer in antitrust/competition, M&A and corporate law by many highly respected professional publications including Chambers and Partners, Euromoney, and The Legal 500. He was recently nominated as the Competition Lawyers and Economists by Who’s Who Legal.
Mr. Jung is the Co-Chair of the International Bar Association Korea Advisory Board and serves as the Chairman of the Antitrust Committee of the Seoul Bar Association.

Jay is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang specializing in litigation and crisis management, involving matters both civil and criminal. His main areas of focus are intellectual property, product liability, compliance and government regulations. He has advised clients across numerous industries, including chemicals, healthcare, automotive and consumer products. Before joining Kim & Chang, Jay served in the Korean military negotiating government defense contracts, previously working at the New York office of Pennie & Edmonds as a litigator and Foster Wheeler as a chemical engineer. Jay is admitted to the New York and US patent bars, and has also received certification as a chemical engineer.

Ms. Kyungsun Kyle Choi is a senior foreign attorney in the firm's Health and Digital Healthcare Practice and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice. She also advises chemical and related industry clients including FMCG sector on regulatory issues that have been undergoing rapid change with focused enforcement activities.
Ms. Choi serves clients in a broad range of industries including pharmaceutical/medical device/food and cosmetic sectors. Specifically in the pharmaceutical regulatory area, she advises clients on pricing and reimbursement, compliance, bribery and competition law issues relating to promotional and marketing practices in the industry, anti-counterfeiting strategies, M&A, and restructuring of business operations.
Ms. Choi's representative work in recent years includes advising pharmaceutical clients in negotiating price and reimbursement scope of innovative drugs as well as with renewal of government pricing contracts under a Risk Sharing Program. She has also defended major multinational pharmaceutical companies in a drug price reduction and reimbursement suspension cases. Ms. Choi also regularly advises clients in negotiating settlement discussions on alleged adverse effect cases in clinical studies and product liabilities litigations.
Ms. Choi remains active in professional associations including serving on the EH&S committee of the IBA and regularly contributes to industry publications and speaking engagements.

Brian C. Oh is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of international dispute resolution, antitrust & competition, and product liability & consumer law. He is also a member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice.
Mr. Oh has represented corporate clients in a broad range of litigation, government investigation, and crisis management matters in Korea. In particular, he has advised many multinational companies in defending investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission for abuse of dominance, unfair trade practices, and other alleged regulatory violations. Also, as a member of the firm’s TMT Practice, Mr. Oh counsels world’s leading technology companies for Korean regulatory compliance in areas of fair trade, privacy, product safety, anticorruption, and customs regulation.
Mr. Oh has extensive experience in all facets of complex business litigation in the US at both federal and state levels, having represented Fortune 500 corporations and high-profile individuals in a broad range of industries, including entertainment, automotive manufacturing, consumer banking and finance, real estate, and investment banking. He regularly advises Korean companies with multinational operations in US court proceedings.
