Karun Cariappa is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group.

He specialises in the tech sector, advising corporates, founders, venture capital and private equity firms in their investments, acquisitions and related corporate matters.  He has significant cross-border experience, with a strong understanding of the Singapore, India and Hong Kong SAR markets.

Speakers: 

Ganesh is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group.

He has close to two decades of experience advising clients on various complex transactions including cross-border inbound and outbound M&A's, JV's / strategic partnerships, PE funds, general corporate law, employment, white collar investigations (FCPA), financing and corporate restructuring with a focus on technology, e-commerce and gaming sector. He is on the advisory board of All India Gaming Federation and Indian Federation of Sports Gaming.

Indruj is a Partner in the Direct Tax practice group. He specialises in Direct Tax advisory and Tax Litigation. He has vast experience in advising clients, including tech companies, funds and private equity and venture capital firms on varied matters including M&A transaction, inbound and outbound investments and restructuring of businesses.

Indruj has also successfully represented domestic and international clients at several litigation forums including Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tax tribunals.

Vinita is a Director in the direct tax practice. She has over 15 years of experience in advising clients on domestic and international tax matters.

Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of tax matters, which includes digital tax, international tax, structuring of inbound / outbound investments, transactional tax, M&A.
