Description

Are you a student studying law in Australia? Or perhaps a legal professional who graduated from Australia and is curious about a career path of an in-house counsel in Singapore? What do you need to get there? Do you need to be Australian qualified? Singapore qualified?

Join this webinar to hear from our panellists on their career journeys from when they graduated from Australia, how it is like being an in-house counsel in Singapore and what does it take to become an in-house counsel.

This webinar is jointly organised by the Australia Singapore Law Students’ Society and SCCA Student Chapter.

Australia Singapore Law Students' Society

The Australia Singapore Law Students' Society (AUSLSS) is a student organisation set up in 2021 that aims to represent the views and interests of Singaporeans undertaking law in Australia. Our goal is to build and foster a community for students and lawyers who have a connection to Australia either through their university or cultural backgrounds. As a ground-up initiative, we provide our members a platform to interact and engage with the Singaporean legal community by working with law firms, in-house counsel, fellow student societies and other organisations to events and initiatives. For more information on the AUSLSS and to take part in its activities, please visit here.

Singapore Corporate Counsel Association Student Chapter

SCCA Student Chapter is part of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (“SCCA”). SCCA is the pioneer national association of in-house lawyers in Singapore. SCCA Student Chapter aims to bring the wider law student community together and to develop the next generation of in-house counsels.
