SCCA, in collaboration with Lex Mundi, brings you an opportunity to dive deeper into not just the legal, but also some practical considerations, in investing in Germany. This will include

  • legal perspectives on M&A trends, reps & warranties, available remedies, W&I insurance, as well as regulatory clearance requirements, and also
  • a general discussion on the current investment environment given the Covid situation, Ukraine conflict and national security review.

Come join us for a robust discussion on the same!

*While this event will be hosted in both in person and online format, we highly encourage all to attend in person for better learning and interaction. Pls do join us.
