Privilege – ENRC and the In-house Counsel
The English Court of Appeal recently has issued a landmark decision as to the scope of privilege, in SFO v ENRC. In this presentation Rob Palmer (Office Managing Partner, Ashurst) and Cathryn Neo (Solicitor, Ashurst) will provide an introduction to privilege and will consider the implications of this decision, with a particular focus on the day-to-day issues facing in-house counsel in Singapore. The presentation will conclude with a series of case studies (based upon preparing and responding to a cyber-attack) to provide attendees with practical take-aways.
Please note that lunch will be provided.
