In-house counsel play a critical role in cyber defenses. Far from being a Technology issue, in the occurrence of a cyberattack all functions play a key role in managing the situation.

FTI Consulting’s crisis management and cybersecurity experts will simulate a live-hack crisis situation, allowing participants to test the procedures in place in your company, assess the level of cyber defenses and learn how to effectively manage the situation in the event of a cyberattack.

Tom Evrard

Senior Managing Director,

Strategic Communications

Tom Evrard is a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting and is based in Singapore. Specialising in regulated industries, he has spent more than 17 years advising clients on complex corporate communications and reputation management events and long term campaigns. His areas of expertise include issues and crisis management, corporate brand development, public policy and litigation communications, media relations, and capital markets communications.  Tom brings a wealth of collaborative, cross-border experience to client engagements.

His most recent assignment is managing operations for the FTI Consulting Strategic Communications practice in Singapore where he is responsible for broadening the firm’s footprint throughout South East Asia.

Gino Bello

Managing Director

Technology

Gino Bello is a Managing Director of FTI Consulting and leads the Technology segment in South East Asia, based in Singapore.  A computer forensics expert and certified computer examiner, Gino specialises in forensic collection, analysis and expert reporting of digital evidence.

Gino has over fourteen years of experience in Computer Forensics, Cyber, Legal Technology and IT.  Gino has led a broad range of matters including large scale, cross-border disputes, arbitrations and eDiscovery engagements in class actions and royal commissions.  He also assists clients in Cyber risk and incident response.  Gino has led investigations into IP theft, information leakage, anti-bribery and corruption, regulatory, and other employee-related misconduct.

Gino has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors, including construction, shipping, financial services, government, insurance, manufacturing, retail, health and utilities.
