Kartick represents private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and corporate strategic investors in a range of transactions in the healthcare, real estate, financial services and consumer sectors. This has included transactions involving complex restructurings and workouts in India.
He also advises hedge funds and family offices on the Indian insolvency regulations, acquisition of distressed loan portfolios and general enforcement related strategy.

Vinay Joy

Vinay is a Partner in the corporate and commercial law team of the Firm. Vinay specializes in advising a wide variety of clients on merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, due diligence exercises and contractual matters.
Vinay is also a member of the Firm’s Employment, Labour and Benefits practice and specializes in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including those arising as a consequence of business transfers, integration of acquired businesses and internal compliance audits. He advises various domestic and multinational clients on all aspects of employment law and assists with the drafting and review of employee documentation, HR policies, employee stock option schemes. Vinay has considerable experience in advising companies and their promoters in carrying out internal investigations, sexual harassment investigations, domestic inquiries, conducting workshops on being prepared against dawn raids by various statutory authorities and on matters concerning allegations of fraud and wrongdoing.
