PROGRAMME SUMMARY
Positive psychology is the scientific study
of what makes life worth living. During this
evidence-based and practical discussion, we will
explore this science of well-being, and will introduce
actions you can take to support yourself during the busy
reality of modern life.
Delivered by Positive Psychology Practitioner, Ms Tara Schofield,
we will discuss the various pathways to well-being, including
the use of strengths, engagement, relationships, purpose
and achievement. You will have opportunity to
practice some techniques and understand how these
concepts could fit into your everyday life.
